Documents Required For Refinance or Purchase Mortgage Loan Application

Copy of most recent two (2) years W-2's or 1099's.
Copy of most recent two(2) years personal income tax returns.
Last two (2) months bank statements for checking and savings accounts for all Borrowers.
Last two (2) months or most recent quarterly statement for all investment accounts; savings accounts; checking accounts, etc., for all Borrowers.
Copy of most recent pay stubs covering last 30 days (All Borrowers)
Name, address, phone number of contact person for verifying two (2) years of employment.
If retired, verification of current retirement/401k/pension/IRA income.
If retired and receiving Social Security, copy of annual S.S. award letter.
If previously divorced, copy of divorce decree; settlement agreement and child and/or alimony agreements.
If you own other real property, provide us with information regarding the other real estate owned.
Copy of Social Security Card.
Copy of Driver's License.

FOR HOME PURCHASES: The items listed above and:

Copy of the Sale Contract for your home, if applicable; and a copy of the Purchase Contract for the real estate to be purchased.

Copy of Current Mortgage Statement.
A copy of your Mortgage Note and the HUD-1 Settlement Statement (Closing Statement) from the purchase or refinance of your home mortgage.
